The light beige one is a warehouse. But the ugly dirt coloured building right after it is the old courthouse. 20 years ago a number of criminal bikers were on trial. During recess they fetched guns and went to a nearby pizzeria to gun down three members of a rival gang. Two bystanders were injured.
A life sentence is not a life sentence in Finland. It is standard practice to pardon lifers after they have served 12 to 18 years. At least one of the shooters is still in prison.
