I had business in Nastola today. I had half an hour to spare so I drove down to the sports training center in Pajulahti. It's also a hotel. All kinds of athletes come there to train from home and abroad. The amenities are very good for winter and summer sports.
You can see a glimpse of the hotel on in the upper left.

The sauna at the beach ahead

The sauna has been recently renovated.

I stopped by this narrow strait between the lakes Pikku-Kukkanen and Iso-Kukkanen.
Pikku-Kukkanen. On the left you can see the Salpausselkä I esker. It is the reason why the lake exists in the first place.
In the these two images, you see the southern part of Iso-Kukkanen.
Some lucky family lives by the lake.
