This is how it looked like at about quarter to two pm.
The relative lack of people out on the streets is pretty normal. I did try and avoid having people or vehicles in very close proximity to myself while taking the shots because of a small risk of motion blur because, as you can see, there is not much light even close to midday this time of the year.
The building on the right is an office building. The dark yellow one on the left is a cinema.
The building on the right could be the abandoned office building I've heard people talk about.
The whole city center will have a 30 km/h speed limit in the future. The city council is all about going green and trying to get people to walk and use bicycles.
The building on the left hand side is where the local municipal power company has its office. Notice the lightning symbol in the upper left on the side of the building.
