The battery on my car seemed to have low charge and I decided to go on a bit of a drive to charge it. I took some photos while at it.
My first destination was Bus Burger, an American diner with school buses in the yard and one added as an extension to the building.
There are four vehicles. Three were parked in the yard and the school bus on the right was accessible from the inside of the building. One truck had been lifted on top of the canopy.
We don't have school buses in the country. Kids go to school independently from grade one on or they're given a ride by their parents.
That's a kiosk.
This one was behind the building. I like this picture in black and white.
Not the original text I reckon.
It says coffee, beer, drinks, ice cream, wheat rolls ...
USA! USA!
I've been told this region has quite a few vintage American car enthusiasts. Could be true but I haven't seen much more than in other parts of the country.
This is the diner.
These look better in black and white, too.
I drove on via a district we used to live in years ago.
The lake is still safe to walk on, it seems.
A nice place to live in, I guess.
