There's something I don't understand. Payouts to workers is currently around 1500 HBD per day. And there is around 1000 HBD added to the DAO each day because of inflation.

This means that the total amount of HBD in the DAO should go down by 500 everyday.

However, the daily budget is going up. How is that possible?
