But you are missing the point. If he was an abuser, then yes you are right. If he was self upvoting, farming rewards from the pool, then you are right.

From what you have shown and from what I've seen, it sounds like the issue about reward disagreements. He's upvoting some content creators and downvoting others.

You might think he's an abuser, but he might think that you are an abuser as well? I don't care who he flags, it's not abuse. If you have a problem with downvotes, then it has nothing to do with me.

There are always people you don't agree with in life, doesn't mean that what they do is illegal, or in this case "abuse".

Reward pool exploitation is abuse, downvoting isn't.

Edit - Also, I'm paid to provide a delegation. Doesn't mean I am responsible for what he does with it. I don't have to check all the people I delegate to on Dlease and constantly judge if they have a good heart or not.
