The mixed reality on Q3 is an amazing peek at what Apple will be shipping next year. The 360 upload still works, but now has extra steps. We've been transitioning to SPK for file storage, and a new version of the test net is launching next week. Basically to upload files to SPK at this time you need SPK tokens that have been powered up. Those powered up SPK tokens give you a new resource credit called BROCA, which allows you to create file storage contracts. We're still improving the user experience of this and making it less complicated and more obvious. If you're interested we could send you a little SPK to try making a post.
