In India the top grossing Cinema were Sholay, Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge. These may not have crossed the total of billion rupees but were in theaters for like more than 5-10 years. This was really crazy. Sholay was released in 1975, when I was not even borne but it still has craze, curiosity and audience.
