The Winning leader
If we want to be a leader, it is important to always exercise our minds of becoming victorious and conqueror . We as leaders are designed to be champions.
It will always start in our minds. We should condition our minds to be victorious all the time even when our current situations does not say so.
For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.
MODEL
Having God as our example, before He created humans and the things around us, He carefully planned His creation. When He created man, He created it fearfully and wonderfully which means that God planned first and designed man with excellence before creating it. All creations before it was created, came first in the mind of God.
PLANNING
God is teaching us here to become a man/woman of plans. Not randomly reacting on certain things but doing things as planned.
A Great leader is a person with Great plans. Therefore, I encourage to do your planning now. Planning is an act of Faith, having expecting that something will happen even without yet its phusocal substance.
But Remember
We should always remember that God's thought are higher than our thoughts and His ways are higher than ours.
