Hello again Actifitters! 馃槈
As I said in my previous post, from today on I will try to post my daily actfit reports on time.
After my morning walk and jokes with the grandmothers next door I came home and took care of my chores. Around 10am I did a 30 min ride on the exercise bike and then devoted a few hours to talking on the phone with loved ones. 18:00 We went out again and took a walk with Ira.
