There is a nice tool from @themarkymark, check Tribe Config. Without Archon, all settings can be changed by token issuer.

There was a TUNES token on Steem Engine, I bought a lot of them. I was following a downvote trail by ocdb so my account was downvoting some posts from the tribe. They didn't like it. They declined my voting rights. LOL.
