Hello everyone, today I want to present this exotic flower called Euphorbia milii or crown of Christ
It is endemic to Madagascar, but nowadays it is easy to find it in many other countries with tropical and subtropical zones. example: venezuela-Nueva Esparta.
It is said that it owes its name to the thorns of its stems, as you can see they are quite large, and it is said that this was the species used to assemble the crown of thorns carried by Jesus Christ at the time of his crucifixion. However, it has these beautiful flowers in this case pink, although there are also other colors and even with stains which are also equally beautiful.
Thanks for your time and read!
