En mi hogar hemos decidido dedicar los días domingos a quedarnos en casa, por lo que siempre planificamos para no hacer nada fuera de nuestro hogar ese día. Además es el único dia que no tenemos compromisos y queremos que siga así, porque nos podemos despertar tarde, generalmente luego de desayunar nos acostamos para ver películas en el televisor colocado en la habitación de dormir, de allí únicamente nos paramos para cocinar y comer, un verdadero placer.
In my home we have decided to dedicate Sundays to stay at home, so we always plan not to do anything outside our home that day. It is also the only day that we have no commitments and we want to keep it that way, because we can wake up late, usually after breakfast we go to bed to watch movies on the TV set in the sleeping room, from there we only stop to cook and eat, a real pleasure.
En la vida debemos regalarnos un tiempo para dedicarlo a la familia, no todo puede ser el andar a la carrera con las actividades diarias, al igual que el cuerpo requiere horas de descanso, las personas necesitan horas del compartir familiar. Durante está cuarentena lo que más a afectado a la ´personas es el aislamiento social, en nuestra familia lo estamos solventando al organizar almuerzos en casa de mi amada, allí vamos únicamente, los hijos, nietos y nueras de mi amada madre, es estrictamente familiar el almuerzo.
In life we must give ourselves some time to dedicate to the family, not everything can be rushed with daily activities, just as the body requires hours of rest, people need hours of family sharing. During this quarantine what has affected people the most is social isolation, in our family we are solving it by organizing lunches at my beloved's house, there we only go, the sons, grandchildren and daughters-in-law of my beloved mother, it is strictly family lunch.
Cuando todos nos cuidamos, podemos compartir, esa es la regla en mi familia que hasta mi hijo de 10 años, me dijo que él se cuidaba mucho, porque tenía una abuelita de más de 70 años y que eso requería que el tuviese mucho cuidado. Es importante dar el paso al frente y actuar con responsabilidad, porque aunque estemos enviados a nuestros hijos al colegio, debemos prepararlos para que lo hagan con el máximo de cuidados, pero que se sientan lomas cómodos posible. No es fácil tomar la decisión de enviar a nuestros hijos al colegio y más sabiendo que muchas personas no se cuidan, pero gracias a dios las medidas de bioseguridad se están cumpliendo en los colegios, pero independientemente de eso, lo importante es que nuestros hijos si cumplen todas las medidas y se cuidan como debe ser.
When we all take care of each other, we can share, that is the rule in my family that even my 10 year old son told me that he took care of himself a lot, because he had a grandmother over 70 years old and that required him to be very careful. It is important to step forward and act responsibly, because even though we are sending our children to school, we must prepare them to do so with the utmost care, but to feel as comfortable as possible. Es tiempo de vivir bajo la nueva normalidad, el andar con las medidas de bioseguridad para protegernos del covid las vamos a estar utilizando por un tiempo más, por lo que tenemos que buscar la forma de vivir lo mejor posible y entender que la vida continua, tenemos que vivir mejor, porque lo estamos haciendo cuidándonos mucho más y esos cuidados se deben mantener por siempre.
It is time to live under the new normality, we are going to be using the biosecurity measures to protect ourselves from covid for a while longer, so we have to find the way to live as well as possible and understand that life goes on, we have to live better, because we are doing it taking care of ourselves much more and that care must be maintained forever.
