¿Realmente el tiempo lo cura todo?
Does time really heal everything?
Dicen las abuelas que no hay mal ni herida que con el paso del tiempo no sane. Y desde cierto punto de vista es cierto, las heridas sanan, pero siempre queda así sea una pequeña cicatriz, esa que cada vez que la miras te recuerda aquel mal momento. Por eso creo que una de las cosas más difíciles de sanar es un corazón roto, porque recoger los fragmentos, tratar de unirlos y esperar que cicatricen las heridas requiere no solo de tiempo, si no también de voluntad y mucha fortaleza.
Grandmothers say that there is no evil or wound that does not heal over time. And from a certain point of view it is true, wounds heal, but there always remains a small scar, the one that every time you look at it reminds you of that bad moment. That is why I believe that one of the most difficult things to heal is a broken heart, because picking up the fragments, trying to join them and waiting for the wounds to heal requires not only time, but also willpower and a lot of strength.
Con el tiempo uno supera muchas cosas, de algún modo te vas acostumbrando a vivir con tus cicatrices, al final eso forma parte de tus vivencias, de tu experiencia y va forjando poco a poco lo que eres. Pero mi duda es, ¿después de cuántas heridas el corazón puede seguir trabajando? ¿después de que cuántas fallas puedes seguir entregándolo? Llega a un punto el mismo tiempo hace que te vayas aislando cada vez más, te cuesta confiar y entregarlo con facilidad, porque el miedo a que vuelvan a destruir lo que tanto te costó sanar, es la peor sensación que se puede tener, y vaya que es difícil manejarla.
Over time one overcomes many things, somehow you get used to living with your scars, in the end that is part of your experiences, your experience and little by little forges who you are. But my question is, after how many injuries can the heart continue to work? after how many failures can you keep delivering it? It reaches a point the same time makes you isolate yourself more and more, you have a hard time trusting and giving it easily, because the fear that they will destroy again what it cost you so much to heal, is the worst feeling you can have, and go which is difficult to handle.
El tiempo sana, el tiempo enseña, el tiempo te muestra la verdadera cara de las personas, el tiempo es un maestro duro, te da las lecciones de forma brusca, pero a pesar de todo, con el tiempo aprendes la lección ya sea por las buenas o por las malas. Es curioso como nosotros percibimos el tiempo, cuando somos felices se va volando, pero cuando los momentos malos se asoman,cómo se intensifica y se prolonga ese dolor, empiezas a ver lejano los días buenos.
Time heals, time teaches, time shows you the true face of people, time is a hard teacher, it gives you lessons abruptly, but in spite of everything, with time you learn the lesson either by good or bad. It's funny how we perceive time, when we're happy it flies away, but when the bad times appear, how that pain intensifies and prolongs, you begin to see the good days far away.
Pero volviendo al punto principal de este post, si me lo preguntan, creo que sí. Si es posible reparar un corazón roto, pero vaya que no es para nada sencillo. Aunque se que un día todo pasa y hasta te llega a causar risa porque viviste todo ese drama por tanto tiempo, en el momento duele y hay que saber sobrellevar eso, para no desfallecer en el presente.
But going back to the main point of this post, if you ask me, I think so. If it is possible to repair a broken heart, but it is not easy at all. Although I know that one day everything happens and it even makes you laugh because you lived through all that drama for so long, at the moment it hurts and you have to know how to cope with it, so as not to faint in the present.
