The villa is located not far from the river of the Dutch Yssel. This achievement is due to the architects of studio Eva architecten.
The architects therefore opted for a large bay window on the ground floor to maximize the views on the banks. The other side has a more modest and closed character to guarantee privacy to its occupants. The house refers to neighboring houses in the development of the original ribbon in terms of form, but has a contemporary character with minimal details, rich colors and materials. The house consists of a copper roof and brick walls chosen in the same hue (red-brown so that the whole) appears more harmonious and as a single volume. The interior has been designed in cooperation with the NEST architects. A wooden core organizes the internal spaces and includes stairs, storage and other facilities. Therefore, the rest of the plan can be freely used. On the upper floor, all rooms overlook the river.
