Tired, without strength, it's like at this moment you feel, weakened and confused.
The last few days you have been attracted to things that maybe you thought you had already overcome, but for some reason now you are weak again in front of those things.
The truth is that you would not give in to that which you know well that is not pleasing to God, but your carnal nature impels you more and more to seek it.
However, in the midst of those moments of spiritual weakness, you must remember that God is still with you, and that He is able to give you strength where it seems that there are none.
God is the one who puts in you the desire to do his will and who also gives you the strength to achieve it, it is for that reason that today I want us to pray together to the Lord asking for strength in the midst of those moments of weakness that we may be facing.
Repeat this prayer after me:
Holy Father you are in heaven, thank you for being with me at all times, thank you because you have never left me alone and because in the midst of my weakness you are always present to give me strength and encouragement.
Today I apologize for my mistakes, I apologize because sometimes when I feel weak I forget you and although I focus on my weakness, I know that despite everything you are there to remind me that I can be strong in you.
Today I recognize that I am weak, I recognize my need for you, that need to feel strong in the face of weakness, that need to feel that with you I can jump any obstacle that comes my way.
Father, this day I want to allow you to hold my hand and not let me go, I want to invite you to take control of my emotions, my thoughts, my feelings of my whole being so that you are putting everything in order in my life.
Today I have my whole heart to work on it, renew my thoughts and renew my vision, renew my desire to please you every day, that is my greatest desire, since there is nothing more important in my life than to please you.
Give me this day self-control to say no to what is not to your liking, give me the will to get away from what is not good, give me the determination to get out of this state of spiritual weakness in which I find myself through a daily life of communion with you.
Father, I surrender to you, I renounce my own abilities which have failed to please you, and I allow your Divine Holy Spirit to be the one who from now on guides me straight to your will through the forces that you You are giving me today.
Today I raise my hands to heaven as a symbol of surrender and I allow you to act freely in my life, strengthening each area of my being and giving me the necessary strength to get out in front of this state in which I am.
I thank you Lord, because I know that you are already working, because I know that you never left me and because I know you will always be with me.
Thank you for giving me your strength in the midst of my weakness, thank you for making me strong when I thought I could not anymore, thanks for extending your powerful hand and getting me out of the pit that had fallen, thanks for everything you have done, you are doing and you will continue doing in my life.
