Hey! My name is Yves. They said my name is for boys, but i guess we're created equal 😁. My mom inserted Maria before it to emphasize my gender. I am a nurse for 6 yrs and i love my job.I'm working somewhere in middle east where language is a common barrier.When i started working here, i never knew any single arabic word. Until one day, when my dr. shouted at me i dunno what he was telling about. I was totally embarrassed so i decided to push myself to study arabic.. Every person i heard saying arabic word,i will write it down and then ask it to some of my workmates who knew arabic. In just a month, i learned a lot.
Since there is a big difference between my Filipino culture and middle east culture, i can't do everything i used to do. I can't go for a walk alone, go to parks, drive a motorcycle, laugh a lot and meet friends, i practice things i used to do when i was a little younger. I do haircuts, eyebrow trimming, manicure-pedicure thing, and now i'm practicing doing make ups for others if there are events and parties to our hospitals..
