Raising young children outside of your own country can be a challenge. In my humble opinion, that challenge is up to you how easy or difficult it will be.
It takes a village to raise a child, and that village can be created anywhere.
Our village was fantastic. It still is to this day.

On one of the Islands in Hong Kong, Peng Chau to be specific, the streets are so narrow, that this size is the only size that can go through in the event of a fire.
