Truth: Retaliate sometimes fails, I wondered if the ability gives you a chance to retaliate that wouldn't be 100%. I hope someone can explain this question.

I am the opposite, I prefer the tournament quest because I am always playing tournaments, while the other hurts me because I always forget and end up putting some neutral card.
