Saludos a todos mis amigos de hive es para mí un verdadero placer compartirle cada momento de mi vida con ustedes, hoy les quiero hablar sobre un increíble compartir en lico bar ubicado en la ciudad de cumaná estado sucre, con mi gente de la bailo terapia que esta ubicada en la escuela de los chaima también en cumaná.

Greetings to all my hive friends, it is a real pleasure for me to share every moment of my life with you, today I want to talk to you about an incredible sharing at the lico bar located in the city of Cumaná, Sucre state, with my dance therapy people who are here. located in the Chaima school also in Cumaná.

Primero y principal es importante hacer ejercicio, bailar es una de las formas más fáciles para quitar todo el estrés y mantenernos en un peso adecuado para no estar sufriendo de cualquier enfermedad.

First and foremost it is important to exercise, dancing is one of the easiest ways to de-stress and maintain an adequate weight so as not to suffer from any disease.

A mí en particular no me gusta hacer ejercicio de ningún tipo pero desde que me detectaron la enfermedad de tiroideo me mandaron a rebajar y decidí iniciar metiéndome en bailo terapia, algo que no quiero pero por medio de mi salud debo hacerlo.

I in particular do not like to exercise of any kind but since my thyroid disease was detected they sent me to lose weight and I decided to start getting into dance therapy, something I don't want but due to my health I must do it.

Cuando decidí ir al médico por el problema del tiroideo lo primero que me dijo el doctor fue que tenía que reducir la comida que comiera en plato pequeño y que no comiera tanta comida chatarra puede ser un día a la semana pero yo todos los días quiero comer todo tipo de comida pero no puedo.

When I decided to go to the doctor for the thyroid problem, the first thing the doctor told me was that I had to reduce the food I ate on a small plate and not eat so much junk food. It could be one day a week but I want to eat every day. all kinds of food but I can't.

Bueno sin más nada de que hablar estoy muy agradecida de estar en esa increíble academia de bailo terapia ya que te brinda el apoyo a los nuevos y no te regañan tanto solo se ponen al lado de los que no saben y te enseñan los pasos.

Well, without anything else to talk about, I am very grateful to be in that incredible dance therapy academy since it offers support to new ones and they don't scold you so much, they just stand next to those who don't know and teach you the steps.

Me gusta más por qué a lo finales de cada mes hacen un compartir para los que cumplen en el mes bueno en este mes de junio nos fuimos para lico bar un lugar increíble.

I like it more because at the end of each month they do a sharing for those who celebrate their birthday in the good month. In this month of June we went to Lico Bar, an incredible place.

Y como a mí me gusta tomarme muchas fotos pues aproveche ese lugar tan hermoso para después compartirlo con ustedes.

And since I like to take a lot of photos, I took advantage of that beautiful place and then shared it with you.

Bailamos todo tipo de música reggaeton, salsa, merengue, bachata absolutamente todo tipo de música bueno no no sé mucho que digamos pero hay vamos.

We dance all kinds of music reggaeton, salsa, merengue, ballata absolutely all kinds of music well I don't know much about what to say but here we go.

Para culminar con mi post de hoy les quiero agradecer por el apoyo de cada uno de ustedes, hagan bastante ejercicio mantenga su peso y no engorde más, no busque una vida fácil mejor busca ser una persona fuerte para cualquier cosa.
