I don't think this idea suits to everyone, but for me being too dependent to the advises of health professionals can sometimes slowly makes your body becoming too dependent to medications. But that's really the only solution if you're in an urban lifestyle.For me, living in the province here in the countryside is an advantage for healthy living. Planting vegetables and going to the sea looking for seashells serves as my gym activity together with helping my father doing woodworking. It really depends on the lifestyle of every person.
