Espero que se encuentren muy muy bien, en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes un poco sobre mi día de ayer, pues, como saben octubre es el mes de la lucha contra el cáncer de mama y en mi ciudad suelen organizar diferentes actividades para estas fechas para hacer conciencia de esa enfermedad y su prevención, anteriormente he mencionado mucho mi Centro Comercial favorito llamado Servimas, el cual se ubica muy cerca en mi zona, una de las cosas que más me gustan de este lugar es que siempre están al día con las celebraciones durante todo el año y para cada una realizan un evento único, este año han organizado una carrera/caminata en apoyo a la lucha contra el cáncer de mama, siendo esta la tercera edición y tercer año consecutivo y después de tanto pensarlo finalmente decidí unirme a esta actividad, aquí les cuento.
I hope you are very well, this time I want to share with you a little about my day yesterday, well, as you know October is the month of the fight against breast cancer and in my city they usually organize different activities for these dates To raise awareness of this disease and its prevention, I have previously mentioned a lot my favorite Shopping Center called Servimas, which is located very close to my area, one of the things that I like the most about this place is that they are always up to date with the celebrations throughout the year and for each one they carry out a unique event, this year they have organized a race/walk in support of the fight against breast cancer, this being the third edition and third year in a row and after so much thinking about it, I finally decided to join this activity, here I tell you.

Les confieso que no soy una persona muy fanática del ejercicio físico, soy un tanto floja para todo eso, pero, la verdad es que desde hace un tiempo he querido hacer un cambio en cuanto a ese aspecto y como sabía que el año pasado hubo una carrera/caminata para estas fechas estaba muy atenta esperando el anuncio de la de este año, apenas publicaron la actividad me decidí a participar, además, será carrera y caminata y cada quien puede participar de la manera que más le guste, por obvias razones yo voy a hacer es la caminata porque sé que una carrera no la voy a soportar. Será un recorrido pequeño, establecieron 5k y ya la ruta está pautada, es una zona segura y ya la he recorrido muchas veces con anterioridad pero nunca caminando, así que esta será mi primera vez.
I confess that I am not a very fanatical person of physical exercise, I am a bit lazy for all that, but, the truth is that for some time I have wanted to make a change in that aspect and as I knew that last year there was a race/walk for these dates I was very attentive waiting for the announcement of this year's, as soon as the activity was published I decided to participate, in addition, it will be a race and a walk and everyone can participate in the way they like the most, for obvious reasons I I am going to do is the walk because I know that I am not going to support a race. It will be a small route, they established 5k and the route is already scheduled, it is a safe area and I have already traveled it many times before but never walking, so this will be my first time.
Ayer 11 de octubre se llevó a cabo el proceso de inscripción para la carrera/caminata y todo esto tuvo lugar en el mismo centro comercial Servimas, mediante las redes sociales comunicaron que solo habrían 300 cupos para las inscripciones y como yo no quería quedar por fuera me fui hasta allá con tiempo, aunque la lluvia me retrasó un poco. La inscripción tuvo un valor de 3$ y ese monto incluye una franela rosa de esta tercera edición de la carrera/caminata que lleva por nombre Por ellas corremos, número de identificación de los participantes, hidratación durante la ruta y frutas al finalizar, a mí me parece un precio razonable, sin embargo, si alguien desea participar y no se pudo inscribir de igual forma puede unirse, la diferencia es que no tendrá beneficios como la franela y el número de identificación.
Yesterday, October 11, the registration process for the race/walk was carried out and all this took place in the same Servimas shopping center, through social networks they communicated that there would only be 300 places for registration and since I did not I wanted to stay outside, so I went there in good time, although the rain delayed me a bit. The registration cost $3 and that amount includes a pink shirt for this third edition of the race/walk named For them we run, identification number of the participants, hydration during the route and fruits at the Finally, it seems to me a reasonable price, however, if someone wishes to participate and could not register, they can still join, the difference is that they will not have benefits such as the shirt and the identification number.
Cuando llegué no habían muchas personas pero si varias de ellas estaban inscribiendo a varias personas, así que fue un proceso un poco tardado mientras se anotaban todas esas personas, cuando llegó mi turno di mis datos y según recuerdo estuve en la lista de numero 162 más o menos y supongo que ese será el mismo orden de los números de identificación.
Allí mismo nos informaron que el próximo jueves 20 de octubre harán la entrega de los respectivos kits a cada participante, así que para ese día iré a retirar lo que me corresponde para poder participar en la caminata y por supuesto cuando lo haga lo compartiré con ustedes para mostrarles los artículos pero lo que más me gusta de todo eso es la franela, que por cierto, tenía pensado comprar una ya que por increíble que sea no tengo NADA rosado, pero gracias a la inscripción no solo ya no tendré que comprar una sino que también me quedará como recuerdo de ese día que espero con ansias.
When I arrived there weren't many people but several of them were registering several people, so it was a bit of a slow process while all those people signed up, when my turn came I gave my data and as I remember I was on the list number 162 more or less and I assume that will be the same order of the ID numbers.
There they informed us that next Thursday, October 20, they will deliver the respective kits to each participant, so for that day I will go to collect what corresponds to me to be able to participate in the walk and of course when I do I will share it with you to show you the articles but what I like the most of all that is the flannel, which by the way, I was thinking of buying one since as incredible as it is I don't have ANYTHING pink, but thanks to the registration not only I won't have to buy one anymore but that will also remain as a memory of that day that I look forward to.
Para el mismo día de la carrera también se llevará a cabo una jornada medico asistencia de manera gratuita por parte de la farmacia del centro comercial tanto para los asistentes así como para todo aquel que desee ir, así que si eres de la ciudad de Maturín esto te puede interesar, además también pueden unirse a la carrera/caminata aun ni haberse inscrito en ella.
Esta es toda la información que conozco hasta el momento, pronto compartiré con ustedes más sobre este proceso, el retiro del kit y sobre el día de la caminata, nos vemos en un siguiente post con más sobre esta actividad.
