El cerro El Ávila o Parque Nacional Waraira Repano es inmenso, imponente, es el escudo natural del valle de Caracas, su altitud va desde los 120 hasta los 2765 msnm (aproximadamente) y su superficie estimada en 851,92 km², son muchos los picos que posee y planicies convertidas en excelentes miradores de donde se ve toda la ciudad capital y el estado costero la Guaira. El Ávila es muy visitado por senderistas, deportistas (ideal para los deportes de montaña) y por las familias que aman la belleza de la naturaleza... En cuanto a las visicitudes que estamos viviendo, solo pedimos a Dios que pronto podamos salir de esta tragedia política que ha retrocedido a nuestro país. Y con relación a los pretéritos es cuestión de redacción, pude escribir quienes hayan ido... y no pasa nada. Gracias por observar esos interesantes detalles. El Ávila hill or Waraira Repano National Park is immense, imposing, it is the natural shield of the Caracas valley, its altitude ranges from 120 Up to 2,765 meters above sea level (approximately) and its surface area estimated at 851.92 km², there are many peaks and plains that have become excellent viewpoints from where you can see the entire capital city and the coastal state of La Guaira. Ávila is very visited by hikers, athletes (ideal for mountain sports) and by families who love the beauty of nature... As for the vicissitudes we are experiencing, we only ask God that we can soon get out of this political tragedy that has set our country back.
