Hello my friend Erne storiesoferne@storiesoferne Receive a fraternal greeting from Venezuela. Thanks for your comment. This Urbanization won the 1995 Construction Award given by the Venezuelan Chamber of Construction and in 1999 it was a finalist for the World Habitat Awards that recognize and highlight innovative, outstanding and sometimes revolutionary ideas, projects and housing programs from around the world. When my family and I moved here this was a paradise until it was expropriated by the communist government and the common places were administered by the Municipality. From that moment on, the Urbanization went into decline and today it is the same neighbors who are trying to improve all the spaces. Here we have Shopping Centers, we had our own aqueduct (it was expropriated and destroyed), a community school, private surveillance in the four cardinal points and in each residential complex, transportation, water, electricity, telephone, cable TV, Internet (all quality services ) now everything fails. A beautiful park with a built-in pond, fountains, Church ... this was a huge garden, green and fresh ... Today, we fight to be able to maintain our spaces so that our apartments do not lose value. Hyperinflation doesn't help either. In short, we lived in a paradise until the revolution came and ordered it to stop. Receive a strong spiritual hug full of blessings, positive energy and lots of light.
