Hello friend @afterglow Thank you for your comment. The place is totally new, I presume that it is empty because they have not been able to sell it, rent it or because they have not been able to remodel it and start the business. I tell you, currently in that Shopping Center there are many empty premises for multiple reasons, one of them is that Venezuela currently goes through a mega horrific HyperInflation, many DECENT people have not been able to withstand this mega crisis and many merchants have collapsed, they have had to lower the santamaría, as we say here when the doors of some business are closed. Socialist propaganda deceives by telling that everything is fine and for them it is true because they are the only ones who have improved their quality of life, the rest of us mortals are going through difficult times, but we continue forward with a lot of faith that sooner rather than later this Malígna plague called socialism will end and Venezuela can recover its freedom and its democracy. Receive a fraternal spiritual embrace full of blessings, positive energy and lots of light.
