Hola @feiderman Te saludo con respeto y cariño. La verdad desconozco eso pero si se que existe un sitio que le llaman el Laguito que dejan pasar; según es un sitio muy acogedor. En cuanto al paseo Los Próceres va mucha gente a caminar sin ningún problema, salvo algunas áreas que por razones de seguridad militar tienen restringido el acceso.
