Capture made from the emulator of my game
The puzzle games were a very popular genre of the retro era that fed our skill and ability to solve problems in a much faster way, we reached a point where this type of games did not represent a problem but an element of fun, a pleasant way in which we could spend our free hours, coordinate with our friends and meet to clear our minds of studies or work.

The story of the game was quite simple, Flappy, a small yellow Mole was the main character of the game, and with him we had to fulfill the objective of each level, which was to take all the blue stones to the surface of the same color in order to gather them, and this we did with the final purpose of rebuilding the blue planet that had been self-destructed by its inhabitants, after a fearsome emperor had wanted to steal them.

The objective seemed simple, but when the time came to execute it, we noticed that it was not as easy as we expected, because we always ended up making some inaccuracy that cost us one of the few 4 lives we had. Before moving inordinately, we had to first think about how to move the brown stones in order to achieve the goal of bringing the blue one to the indicated point.
In the beginning, the first enemy we encountered was a kind of unicorn, which did not have an AI (Artificial Intelligence) that could worry our progress on the map, as it moved only horizontally and was very easy to dodge. An element that added a lot of difficulty to the game, was an estimated time we had to complete the level, something that did not represent a problem in the first levels, but it was worrying in more advanced levels, although by that point, we were supposed to have more experience, and our ability to solve the puzzles was much faster and accurate.

In level 2, we found an element that would be a fundamental part of our progress in each level, and they were small mushrooms, which when thrown against the enemy, left them completely knocked out for a few seconds, something that was quite useful, because sometimes they were more than necessary to overcome a level.

It was curious to see our enemies in that state, we had practically drugged them, fortunately for that age we didn't have those things in mind, and we just saw it as a natural part of the game.

In level 4, things were getting much more complicated, and a new enemy appeared, this time it was about crabs that could follow our steps indefinitely, they practically did not stop until they managed to hunt us, or until we threw them some mushrooms to sleep or a stone on their heads.

It was also quite useful to crush our enemies, which made them disappear, although on many occasions, by trying to do this, we ended up destroying the stones by a bad move, or we positioned them in a place that we should not, and in these cases we had to give up and start the level again, so we had to do each thing very wisely to avoid frustration.
We always had a record of our score at the top of the screen, and it was great every time we beat our previous record, or the record of a friend, a game that allowed us to be strategic but at the same time, taught us to know how to handle calmly in situations against the clock, in short, to control our anxiety, an experience that we transported to other games with equal or greater difficulty, and even to situations of our personal life.
