| 🇫🇷 Cette semaine j'ai plongé et je ramène quelques photographies du fond du lagon. Mayotte possède certainement le lagon le plus riche au monde au niveau biodiversité. Plus de 800 espèces de poisson, des centaines d'espèces de coraux, et 2 à 3 barrières de corail qui se succèdent avec la dernière située à plus de 15 km des côtés. C'est une aire de jeu incroyable pour tous ceux qui aiment plonger que ce soit en bouteille ou également en apnée. Le fond du lagon varie entre 20 et 80m de profondeur. C'est assez unique au monde. On y plonge donc autant à l'extérieur sur le dernier récif, qu'à l'intérieur. Sur les photographies sse succèdent des photographies de la "passe bateaux" situées à l'extérieur du lagon, mais aussi du "récif Rani" situé à l'intérieur du lagon. Cette première photographie est une gorgone avec 2 poisson cocher situé aux pieds du tombant sud de la passe bateaux. Un superbe mur où il n'est pas rare d'y trouver quelques requins, raies Manta ou autres gros individus. |
🇬🇧 This week I dove in and brought back some photographs of the bottom of the lagoon. Mayotte certainly has the richest lagoon in the world in terms of biodiversity. More than 800 species of fish, hundreds of species of coral, and 2 to 3 coral reefs in succession with the last one located more than 15 km from the sides. It is an incredible playground for all those who like to dive, whether in bottles or also by apnea. The bottom of the lagoon varies between 20 and 80m deep. It is quite unique in the world. So we dive there as much outside on the last reef as inside. On the photographs, there follow photographs of the "boat pass" located outside the lagoon, but also of the "Rani reef" located inside the lagoon. This first photograph is a gorgon with two coxfish located at the foot of the southern drop-off of the boat pass. A superb wall where it is not uncommon to find some sharks, manta rays or other large individuals. |
