What would I do without you?
You give me a purpose to walk.
You make me move when I don’t want to.
Your bi-daily nagging,
And whispers to my ears,
Forces me to move my legs, hands and body,
Sometimes to an extent that I never knew I could,
To reach those hard to reach places,
Just to get to that dust and wipe it off the surface.
Thanks to you knocking on my head every week,
To push me when I feel the most lazy,
If not because of you,
I would not have been able to have my weekly workout,
And I would have been a big ball of fat.
