So here is the gist , maneesh sethi who is confirmed to be the founder of "pavlok" , which is a wearable devices brand.....the man went on Craigslist to hire a woman and he is offering her up to 8$ per hour to help him monitor his screen and ensure she slaps him whenver he went on any social media platform most especially Facebook...
He said he took the step as a way of making sure he breaks free from the social media addiction he is experiencing for years and that the addiction is affecting his productivity in its business...
This act of his got popular when Elon musk reacted to the news....
I won't blame him though , I guess he felt that is the best way to solve his addiction to the social media and as long as it works for him then it is not a bad idea...lol..
