X. Charles was born in 1757. Charles became king of France in 1824.
Charles tried to reinforce the system of monarchy in France. Because of this, Charles gave ministerial duties to reactionaries who were not loved by the people. Charles also made reforms in the Church that gave him various rights. But these reforms have allowed the French people to be hostile to Charles.
In 1830 problems between Charles and the French Parliament appeared. Charles tried to organize the election system on the basis of his interests. But this event caused rebellions against Charles in France. Charles had to leave Paris, who could not finish these revolts. And Charles resigned from the kingdom.
Charles passed away in 1836.
