III. Fyodor was born in 1661. Fyodor became the Russian Tsar in 1676.
Fyodor tried to make the Tatars living in Russia be Christians. And Fyodor provided various concessions to the Tatars who chose Christianity. But this incident caused the rebellion against Fyodor to begin. Fyodor has successfully ended these rebellions. Fyodor has made various reforms to strengthen the central authority. But at the same time Fyodor has also made various liberal reforms to the people of Russia.
Fyodor passed away in 1682.
