III. Constantinus was born in 370. The exact name of Constantinus is unknown. Constantinus became the emperor of the Roman state in 407.
In 406, the Visigoths and Germans occupied the Roman state. At the same time, a great rebellion began in Afrikada. The Roman state could no longer fight these events. So Constantinus declared himself emperor in Britain. And the British people supported Constantinus.
