I guess the sarcastic tone wasn't obvious in writing. Of course, it's where you can find some of the best hiking in the US, and possibly the world. I went in this area multiple times, and yet it's always in the possible destinations when I think about vacations. Even for non-hikers, the parks are often setup so that some of the great views are easily accessible.
