Hey Actifitters, Yesterday started much earlier than usual because we had an appointment for Kaia at the vet specialist. As usual, she just wanted to leave the whole time and stayed in front of the door

Hey Actifitters, Our daily walk yesterday started as usual near the small forest behind the front yard. I changed my mind at least a dozen times about where to go: the bigger forest or stay in the small

Hey Actifitters, Lots of work yesterday and I kind of forgot I had a late afternoon meeting I couldn't skip. So when I remembered, we rushed out the door to get a little outdoor time before nighttime.

Hey Actifitters, Still air quality alerts yesterday, getting better but very slowly... The forecast looks good for the next few days though. Apparently, some rain storms will 'clean the air'. In the meantime,

Hey Actifitters, My plan for Sunday was yard work and a run. But once again, after checking the air quality, I wasn't so sure. And all the free AI confirmed that in spite of the significant improvement,
