Hey Actifitters,
The really grey and overcast weather yesterday made it a little bit more challenging to get motivated for walks with Sam. But in the afternoon, after running a few errands, we did drive a few minutes to find a good starting point for a long walk. It's possible to walk to this trailhead, but that would have taken too long.
The scenery is not so different compared to the fields I've shown the past few days, it's just bigger, a lot more open space.
A cold gusty wind was still blowing but at some point, we started to see a little bit of blue in the sky.
And the sun finally pierced through for a little while.
We even had golden hour lights.
And that was it for the day's activities, we took it easy in the evening for once. After so many days visiting friends and family, usually with lots of food and drinks, a slower night was welcome, so we can start again soon! Plus I had a late meeting to join. It's a recurring one that's already late afternoon when I'm home, so when I'm in Europe, it makes it very late at night. Luckily it was very short.
