Hey Actifitters,
Like I mentioned in my last report, we had another couple of inches of new snow. It's not much, but better than nothing, and even if the sky stayed mostly grey yesterday, we still wanted to enjoy this new snow.
As usual, we started our daily walk behind the front yard.
Kaia was asking 'Are we going in'?? But I wanted to go quickly to the bigger forest, so we stayed mostly at the edge.
Of course, Kaia had time for a little jumping, that's a must!
Then off to the forest! As expected, the path was a little treacherous with black ice completely hidden by this thin layer of new snow.
But the scenery was beautiful! Nothing better than a snowy landscape.
On week ends, we have more time, so we can explore more areas of our little forest, including the teepees.
After finishing multiple loops on the trails, Kaia decided to lead us out of the forest before nightfall.
Back home, Le Chat didn't even pretend she missed us...
And that was it for the day's activities, didn't reach 20k steps this time, but it's not too bad for a somewhat slow day.
