Along the riverside of the holy river, the Ganges, all kind of activities and ceremonies have place. The bath is one of the most sacred ones. Before the sun rises every day the Indian enter into the water to clean their body and spirit, . Besides the baths also the clothes are washed there. Hundreds of sheets and beautiful silks are hanged or layed over the steps and pathwalks to dry with the sun.
