En respuesta a su comentario debo aclarar que este problema se viene reportando desde el año 1995 aproximadamente por los lugareños de la zona, incluso se nos reporto de la existencia de un proyecto que ayudaría a solucionar el problema, pero por razones de tiempo y situaciones que se desconocen, el proyecto no se ejecuto. Esta zona es geodinámicamente activa considerándola como una zona de riesgo.

Un dato importante que se me olvido especificar es que desde la corona del terreno hasta su pie (punto más bajo), tiene una altura aproximada de 180 m con una longitud horizontal aproximada de 160 m.
