     Cada vez que iniciamos un proyecto solicitado por el estado, suelo indicar a los habitantes que serán beneficiados, que nuestra labor se concentra en generar el proyecto, pero no somos los responsables de ejecutar las obras, que eso lo decide el contratante (el estado). Siempre se les aclara eso, porque los que hacemos presencia en sus terrenos somos nosotros. Y si no se ejecutan los trabajos, los habitantes de la zona de estudio, asumen que solo fuimos a pasar un dÃa de campo (fotos y comida) en sus tierras. Es por eso que una vez que llegamos a un terreno se les aclara lo siguiente:

     Every time we start a project requested by the state, I usually indicate to the inhabitants that they will benefit, that our work is focused on generating the project, but we are not responsible for executing the works, that this is decided by the contractor (the state). They're always cleared up, because it's us who make a presence on their land. And if the works are not carried out, the inhabitants of the study area assume that we only went to spend a day of countryside (photos and food) on their lands. That's why once we get to a piece of land they are clarified as follows:
     Nosotros somo una organización que venimos a evaluar las condiciones de la fuente de agua para generar un proyecto factible de aprovechamiento del recurso hÃdrico. Una vez que se genera el proyecto se le envÃa al contratante (el estado) para que lo evalué y sean ellos los que decidan el inicio de los trabajos requeridos en el proyecto.
     We are an organization that we come to evaluate the conditions of the water source to generate a feasible project to use the water resource. Once the project is generated it is sent to the contractor (the state) for evaluation and it is they who decide the start of the work required in the project.
