Hola amigas y amigos de Street Workout Community (SWC), en esta oportunidad comparto con ustedes un poco de mi d铆a de entrenamiento donde hago un poco de freestyle y algunas combinaciones.

@manuelcancine / By me @manuelcancine- Mi d铆a de entrenamiento donde hago freestyle y algunas combinaciones fue genial, la verdad me gusta compartir mucho lo que son mis combinaciones donde combin贸 los est谩ticos con los din谩micos, me gusta mucho entrenar en barra fija, mis pr谩cticas favoritos son el las barras fija y en las paralelas, hay muchos atletas que les gusta las minisparalelas y el suelo en mi caso me gusta mucho la barra fija y las paralelas, me gusta hacer combinaciones completas con est谩ticos y din谩micos son mis preferidas.
- My training day where I do freestyle and some combinations was great, the truth is that I like to share a lot my combinations where I combine static and dynamic, I really like to train on fixed bar, my favorite practices are the fixed bars and parallel bars, there are many athletes who like the mini parallel bars and the floor in my case I really like the fixed bar and parallel bars, I like to do complete combinations with static and dynamic are my favorites.
