Hola amigas y amigos de Full deportes, en esta oportunidad les comparto un poco de tricking, hace unos tiempos empecé a practicar tricking con algunos de mis compañeros de calistenia, nos gusta entrenar mucho y aprender cosas nuevas y le estoy agarrando la onda a el tricking.
Hi friends of Full deportes, in this opportunity I share with you a little bit of tricking, a few times ago I started practicing tricking with some of my calisthenics partners, we like to train a lot and learn new things and I'm getting the hang of tricking.

@manuelcancine / By me @manuelcancine- Antes de entrenar calistenia y street workout, hago un poco de tricking soy nuevo haciendo esto pero le estoy agarrando la onda me gusta mucho la adrenalina y la satisfacción que da cuando práctico estás habilidades. Ya poco a poco estoy sacando nuevos trucos y ejecutando combinaciones, no son nada fácil porque da mucho miedo hacer un truco o combinar los pero poco a poco empiezan a salir, también hay que tener una buena base de fuerza porque las caídas pegan en los músculo, también hay que saber caer, siempre con las puntas de los pies para no causar daños en la cabeza.
- Before training calisthenics and street workout, I do a little tricking, I'm new to this but I'm getting the hang of it, I really like the adrenaline and the satisfaction it gives me when I practice these skills. Little by little I'm taking new tricks and performing combinations, they are not easy because it is very scary to do a trick or combine them but little by little they start to come out, you also have to have a good base of strength because the falls hit the muscles, you also have to know how to fall, always with the tips of your toes to not cause damage to the head.
