My name is Manuel García, I was always interested in the disciplines related to human development, especially focusing on the management and transformation of conflict in organizations, I am looking for positive and substantial changes that may favor them.
I have developed as a producer of broadcasting, consultant, facilitator, writer and, finally, as a university professor of different public and private universities in the country, I am very proud of all this.
As an announcer-producer:
of the Del Carbon to Diamante program, which has the motto: Transform common situations into brilliant results, which has been running for 4 seasons, I speak of emotional intelligence, how to manage and transform conflicts with social groups, social skills to get the first job, among other topics. I am the author of the book How to build good neighbors, duly registered by the Autonomous Intellectual Property Service (Sapi), but motivated that in my beloved Venezuela there is no paper for printing , then I decided to publish it step by step with the Steemians community, so soon I will share my book with you.
