i bought a new phone off hsn 1 year of tracfone service it seems you can activate it wrong or maybe the phone didnt like me Lol
the steps are tracfone.activate then activate your sim on site or tracfones app oops i of course did them in reverse after about ten emails with them
they sent me a new phone which activated almost right away and im getting a prepaid shipping lable in the mail to return the first phone which is great i do not have a printer
