Very good morning my dear readers, happy start of the week for everyone, today I bring a new drawing for my blog, this drawing took me a couple of days to make it because I wanted to give much detail and care to every aspect, I titled this work The Golden Vampire, and it is precisely about a young Vampire which is very very beautiful, which has a dense blonde hair, very similar to the golden color and that is why I decided to put that name to this work, here I want to show you a little how was the process of making this work which took me about 30 hours to do, and that you can appreciate a little everything:
Muy buenos días mis queridos lectores, feliz inicio de semana para todos, el día de hoy traigo un nuevo dibujo para mi blog, este dibujo me llevo un par de días realizarlo pues quise darle mucho detalle y cuidado a cada aspecto, a esta obra la titule La Vampira Dorada, y trata precisamente sobre una joven Vampira la cual es muy muy hermosa, la cual posee una densa cabellera rubia, muy parecida al color dorado y es por ello que decidí colocarle ese nombre a esta obra, aquí quiero mostrarles un poco como fue el proceso de realización de esta obra la cual me tomo aproximadamente 30 horas realizar, y que puedan apreciar un poco todo:
PROCESS / PROCESO
First things first, I always start by making the guide lines that will lead me through the whole drawing process, I do just a few to structure my idea a little bit and then I proceed to outline everything very very well to be able to paint it much better.
Primero lo primero, siempre inicio realizando las líneas guías que me conducirán en todo el proceso del dibujo, hago solo algunas pocas para estructurar un poco mi idea y luego ya si procedo a delinear todo muy muy bien para poder pintarlo mucho mejor.
With the line drawn the next thing I do is to apply the colors one by one, in a first layer I place the base color of the skin for example, I used a medium light skin tone because as many of you know vampires are very light, but I didn't want to make it so pale to show my personal touch in the drawing.
Con el lineado realizado lo siguiente que hago es aplicar los colores uno a uno, en una primera capa coloco las bases de color de la piel por ejemplo, utilice un tono de piel medio claro pues como muchos sabrán los vampiros son de tés muy clara, pero tampoco quise hacerla tan pálida para que se viera un poco mi toque personal en el dibujo.
The eyes was what I liked the most to paint because I could play a little, not only with the shades of red I used, but also a little with the shapes I painted inside them, I used a very thin and diffuse brush to make some waves inside the iris of the eye in a very strong red tone and then I detailed a little bit all that area.
Los ojos fue lo que más me gusto pintar pues pude jugar un poco, no solo con las tonalidades de rojos que utilice, sino también un poco con las formas que pinte dentro de ellos, use un pincel muy delgado y difuso para hacer algunas ondas dentro del iris del ojo en una tonalidad roja muy muy fuerte y luego detalle un poco toda esa zona.
Another thing that I really liked to paint was the hair, this is because unlike most of the drawings I always do, this time I used a brush a little softer than usual, and so the hair was a little more realistic in my opinion, and the truth is that I think I will continue using this brush in future drawings of this style, I applied the base of the hair first and then I gave relief to everything in different layers.
Otra cosa que me gusto mucho pintar fue la parte del cabello, esto se debe a que a diferencia de la mayoría de los dibujos que siempre hago, en esta ocasión utilice un pincel un poco más suave que de costumbre, y por eso el cabello quedo un poco más realista a mi parecer, y la verdad creo que seguiré utilizando muchos más este pincel en futuros dibujo de este estilo, aplique la base del cabello primero y luego le di relieve a todo en capas diferentes.
The next thing I did was to make some small drops of fresh blood on the girl's lips, this I did to give the impression that the girl had just drunk the blood of a victim recently, but in her look you can see that even so her thirst for blood has not been fully satisfied and that she still wants much more.
Lo siguiente que hice fue realizar algunas pequeñas gotas de sangre fresca en los labios de la chica, esto lo hice para dar la impresión de que la chica acababa de beber la sangre de una víctima recientemente, pero en su mirada se puede apreciar que aun así su sed desangre no ha sido satisfecha del todo y que aun quiere mucho mas.
