Good morning dear community, I hope you are having a very good start of the week, today I bring a new drawing for my blog, this time I wanted to practice a little in the creation of smoke and the effect that gives the smoke at the time of spreading in the air, for this drawing I made a girl with a cigarette in her mouth smoking with the smoke around her, and here I want to show you how I made this drawing:
Buen día querida comunidad, espero estén teniendo un muy buen inicio de semana, el día de hoy traigo un nuevo dibujo para mi blog, en esta ocasión quise practicar un poco en la creación de humo y en el efecto que da el humo al momento de esparcirse en el aire, para esto dibujo hice a Ambar una chica la cual se muestra con un cigarrillo en su boca fumando con el humo a su alrededor, y aquí quiero mostrarles como hice este dibujo:
PROCESS / PROCESO
First of all I started by making a proper sketch, and then I painted everything much better and had a better order in the project.
Primero que nada comencé realizando un boceto adecuado, para luego pintar todo mucho mejor y tener un mejor orden en el proyecto.
I started by applying the colors to the skin in a slightly lighter tone, and then I placed lighter and darker tones of the same color to give volume to the skin, then I continued with the eyes, lashes and other details of the face.
Inicie aplicando los colores a la piel en un tono un poco claro, para luego ir colocando tonos más claros y oscuros de mismo color para dar volumen a la piel, luego seguí con los ojos, las pestañas y demás detalles de la cara.
The next thing I did was to paint the hair with Amber, for this I used a light brown tone a little chocolate, first paint the entire area of the hair with that base color, then add some lines in a very dark shade, this to achieve some shadows spread throughout the hair, and finally paint some lines a little thinner but a much lighter color tone to complement the shadows and so to give a more real look to the hair.
Lo siguiente que hice fue pintar el cabello de Ambar, para esto utilice un tono marrón claro un poco chocolatoso, primero pinte toda la zona del cabello con ese color base, luego agregue algunas líneas en una tonalidad muy oscura, esto para lograr unas sombras esparcidas por todo el cabello, y por ultimo pinte algunas líneas un poco más finas pero un tono color mucho más claro para complementar con las sombras y así para darle un aspecto más real al pelo.
For the cigarette part I had to think of it as a cylinder to apply the colors better and not as a flat figure, I tried to give it a little realistic shape, besides that where I put more work was in the part of the tip where the ashes are and I had to try editing several brushes to get that ash effect.
Para la parte del cigarrillo tuve que pensar en él como un cilindro para aplicar mejor los colores y no como una figura plana, trate de darle una forma un poco realista, además que donde más trabajo le puse fue en la parte de la punta donde se encuentran las cenizas y tuve que probar editando varios pinceles para conseguir ese efecto ceniza.
To finish the drawing I painted a background that I liked a lot, I added some additional shadows and glows to almost all parts of the drawing, this to complement even more and to look a little better, and finally I painted the smoke, for this I created a new layer of Shine to which I lowered the opacity a little and painted some lines in white color and with the effect of the layer I gave that transparent but solid touch to the smoke.
Para finalizar el dibujo pinte un fondo que me gusto mucho, agregue algunas sombras y brillos adicionales a casi todas las partes del dibujo, esto para complementar todavía más y que se viera un poco mejor, y por último pinte el humo, para esto cree una nueva capa de Shine a la cual le baje la opacidad un poco y pinte algunas líneas en color blanco y con el efecto de la capa le di ese toque transparente pero solido al humo.
