Buenas buenas a esta gran comunidad de lectores, tenía mucho tiempo sin publicar por acá, la verdad me ha costado sacar el tiempo que le tenía a la lectura, antes me leí un libro en un día, sagas en menos de una semana y pare de contar, pero ese potencial y tiempo se ha acabado JAJAJAJJAJA.
En este post en particular, no les vengo a hablar de un libro o novela en concreto, sino de cuentos, dos cuentos cortos que leí hace poco ayudando a mi prima con sus tareas de castellano, siempre doy la prima que ayuda a sus primito pequeños y no tan pequeños como sus tareas JAJAJAJ.
Les vengo a hablar de estos cuentos, porque aunque los había leído hace unos años atrás, me resultan bastante interesantes y captan mi atención de una manera que me resulta increíble, la verdad estos cuentos no pasan de más de 2-3 páginas en pdf y los he leído más de 3 veces por diversión, me resultan muy envolventes😍.
Les contaré un poco más de ellos de manera individual, así que comencemos:
Good morning to this great community of readers, I had a long time without posting here, the truth is that it has been hard for me to get the time I had for reading, before I read a book in a day, sagas in less than a week and stop counting, but that potential and time is over HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
In this particular post, I am not talking about a specific book or novel, but about stories, two short stories that I read recently helping my cousin with her Spanish homework, I always give the cousin who helps her little cousins and not so little as her homework HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
I come to talk about these stories, because although I had read them a few years ago, I find them quite interesting and capture my attention in a way that I find incredible, the truth is that these stories do not exceed more than 2-3 pages in pdf and I have read them more than 3 times for fun, I find them very involving😍.
I will tell you a little more about them individually, so let's get started:
✨The Tell-Tale Heart✨
Es un cuento corto del género “Terror” escrito por el famoso Edgar Allan Poe, su trama gira entorno a la obsesión del narrador por el ojo del anciano con que convive, pensando que dicho ojo lo maldice, decide asesinar al anciano para deshacerse de ojo al cual llamaba “Ojo de buitre”, planifica el asesinato y lo realiza sin fallas, desmiembra y esconde bajo las tablas del suelo de la casa el cadáver en piezas, posteriormente llega la policía, por gritos del anciano antes de fallecer y cuando el narrador daba el crimen como un procedimiento Perfecto y sin errores, su propia consciencia lo traiciona y lo hace escuchar ruidos, alterarse, sobre pensar, sentirse atacado y por último, confesar lo que hizo
Esta historia la verdad me gusto mucho, la manera de ser narrada, la lectura no se vuelve pesada ni aburrida en ningún momento y te invita a imaginarte cada uno de los sucesos por más grotescos que parezcan, sinceramente desde que estudiaba y me mandaban a leer historia o la vida de autores como estos, me fascinaba y entre mis favoritos está el escritor de esta historia, Edgar Allan Poe, me encanta sus trabajos y la manera en que los transmite, sus sentimientos se reflejan y aunque la historia no me dio miedo o suspenso, sí me dejó tensa en ciertas partes ajajajaj, la verdad me gustó mucho.
It is a short story of the genre "Horror" written by the famous Edgar Allan Poe, its plot revolves around the narrator's obsession with the eye of the old man with whom he lives, thinking that the eye curses him, decides to murder the old man to get rid of eye which he called "Vulture Eye", plans the murder and performs it without fail, He dismembers and hides under the floorboards of the house the corpse in pieces, later the police arrives, because of the screams of the old man before he died and when the narrator gave the crime as a perfect procedure and without mistakes, his own conscience betrays him and makes him hear noises, get upset, overthink, feel attacked and finally, confess what he did.
I really liked this story, the way it is narrated, the reading does not become heavy or boring at any time and invites you to imagine each of the events however grotesque they may seem, sincerely since I studied and I was sent to read history or the life of authors like these, I was fascinated and among my favorites is the writer of this story, Edgar Allan Poe,I love his works and the way he transmits them, his feelings are reflected and although the story did not give me fear or suspense, it left me tense in certain parts ajajajajaj, I really liked it a lot.
✨The House of Asterion✨
Igualmente que el anterior, es un cuento corto pero sumamente interesante e intrigante, es del género de tragedia, su autor es Jorge Luis Borges, un escritor bastante conocido y de los que entra en mi top de favoritos JAJAJJAA.
El cuento tiene como tema central la soledad, la angustia, relata la vida de un minotauro que por ser único y diferente, tiene una vida en completa soledad, en una casa infinita, sin nada ni nadie, más que su deseo de conocer a alguien y ya no estar más solo, narra su angustia por la muerte y lo tango que odia la soledad. La historia es relatada casi toda por el minotauro hasta su cierre o desenlace, en donde dan a entender la muerte de Asterión (El minotauro) a manos de Teseo, un semidiós.
Este cuento se llevó mi completa atención por lo compleja que es, aunque parezca sencilla a primera vista, transmite demasiado sentimiento y emociones en cada frase, la verdad, la soledad es así de profunda y espantosa, las cosas se sienten más grandes y vacías de lo normal, es un sentimiento que carcome cualquier otro y consume tu esencia, me parece que la historia transmite eso y me gustó, sinceramente estas lecturas son de mis favoritas❤️
*Like the previous one, it is a short story but extremely interesting and intriguing, it is of the genre of tragedy, its author is Jorge Luis Borges, a well known writer and one of those who enters in my top of favorites JAJAJJJAA.
*The central theme of the story is loneliness, anguish, it tells the life of a minotaur who, being unique and different, has a life in complete solitude, in an infinite house, with nothing and no one, except his desire to meet someone and not be alone anymore, he narrates his anguish for death and how much he hates loneliness. The story is told almost entirely by the minotaur until its closure or denouement, where the death of Asterion (the minotaur) at the hands of Theseus, a demigod, is implied.
This story took my complete attention because of how complex it is, although it seems simple at first sight, it transmits too much feeling and emotions in each sentence, the truth, loneliness is so deep and frightening, things feel bigger and emptier than normal, it is a feeling that eats any other and consumes your essence, it seems to me that the story transmits that and I liked it, sincerely these readings are one of my favorites❤️.
