No pebbles were hurt during the shooting of these photographs. The holes were already there.

Greetings, fellow seashore and riverside scavengers!

A three-hour trip today included a stop with my family at the seaside not that far from where we reside right now. Also, it included strong, cold winds. And a natural collection of Nature's work.

This is how it looks at first...

...and getting a bit closer, my eyes bore holes into what I observed, so I decided it was mine. My own. My Precious...

Well, this one as too big to be put into any pocket and then carried home.

Wait...

Why would I carry any of those home?

Because I am a stone junkie. Not just a stoner. Not just a junkie. A stone junkie.

Besides, I have future plans on including these natural materials that I admire into art objects. My artifacts need a bit of natural touching, so to speak.

Perhaps I plan on opening a Stone Age fashion line.

The catch that today's hunt provided.

Not each of those shall make it to the final editor's cut but still...

I have a notion that some might also mix quite well with obscene amounts of gold. Only...I first need some obscene amounts of gold. That will come. Gold is being mined by a lot of people.

Pebbles...

Well, as to pebbles, I am glad to find I have less competition there. I did not see people kneeling and sifting through the sands upon the shoreline today. I wonder why.

They must be nuts.

Peace and Stone!

Yours,

Manol
