Greetings, Comrades!
Here in the heart of the Balkans, small town streets still retain their proud signs from another period. The current name of the street was Prodan Gramatik, a personal person's name of a person.
Comsomol, on the other hand, sounds like a joke about the past. It's still a
It meant something like Young Communists' Union. Or club. A place to belong to...a place everybody of age belonged to...unless they didn't which was rare.
The view I had that morning, was also rare and it had nothing else in common with it.
Camera Settings:
Aperture F 8; Shutter SPeed 1/250 of a sec.; Light Sensitivity ISO 200; Focal Length 16 mm.
If you want to catch the Sun rays like this, peaking around a corner, you also need to have a relatively closed apetrute. F 8 would do.
Camera Model:
Sony Alpha 6000 mirrorless with a 16-50 mm kit lens on it.
The yard itself was quite nice, peaceful, deep, sloping down a bit, from a street a level up, spreading wider as it went away from me (the yard itself or the space in that very yard), with some old school stuff remaining but kept in good order by a caring host or hostess, probably quite aged as well...
I recently talked about the early morning smells that came with wet grass in the summer. This was not quite such a case. No fresh plants and no warmth to make them spread their scent. If I were smell anything, not that I actually remember, it would probably be the smoke from some wood-burning heater.
Peace and Parsley!
Yours,
Manol
