All you need to do is spend some time in nature and look deep into it. Nature has an almost mystical ability to heal you. After a stressful day, when you go out for a walk or simply stare at the sunset, you feel much better and calmer.

Just like some days are sunny and some rainy, but both are needed to grow a flower, we all need some ups and downs both to grow in our lives.
